I was a little confused at the sign but came to find out they were just advertising their dinner specials. When it's 3 pm I more consider thus lunch but when in china...lol I started with the hot and sour soup pops had wonton. My soup was very good. I always live hot and sour soup. I am patiently awaiting the waitress to return so I c a n order a Tsing tao. I guess I have to ask when my curry chicken comes out. Dad ordered chicken love mein. I do not like my meal at all 8th a yellow curry and all it tastes like is chicken bullion . Dad's low means was the winner. I will struggle through my meal. I don't think I will return. Even though the lo mein was decent I disliked my meal!

The food here is just terrible. The first time I ordered take out I called and got a credit because they gave me super sweet and sour chicken instead of the General Tso I ordered. I finally used the credit and discovered that that was their General Tso chicken! It is a sweet, sticky mess, utterly inedible. The spare ribs are fatty, chewy and devoid of flavor, the house fried rice is a greasy mess of old rice, frozen diced vegetables, tiny shrimp and chewy pork. This place is disgusting.

Great little Chinese restaurant near lauderdale by the sea. These use quality ingredients and no msg which I feel is very important nowadays. The service is speedy and accurate, I would recommend it to anyone that lives in the area or just visiting the beach and is crazing some Chinese food.

Very large portions and timely to-go. Ordered take out and was pleasantly surprised at the portion sizes and quality of food. One odd thing was the size of each chicken piece for the sesame chicken- instead of 30 or so medium sized pieces, there were 10 huge pieces. The quality of the chicken was fantastic, though, juicy and tender. Steamed dumplings again were very large but fantastic. I'll absolutely come back, with a giant appetite!

My Orders were delivery so let me start with that. Ok, bottom line is BEWARE! Second try was worse than the first try, but absolutely more interesting. I ordered at 5:35 and it was a simple order of General Taos and Sweet and Sour chicken with a side of Crab Rangoon! When I finished ordering they actually asked me if I wanted to use the credit card on file - didn't know my last attempt resulted in them saving my credit card info so I said I wanted it removed . The girl on the phone said no problem and that my food would be here in 30-40 min .. The short of it was my food arrived cold in 1 hour and 18 minutes - the meat portions for the general Taos were a total of 5 pieces - I hope you read that, 5 pieces!! So, I called, I was upset because that's just wrong - wait 35 minutes longer than they stated I would wait and to pay a premium (they are expensive because of beach location) for 5 pieces of cold general Taos chicken and the lady says "sorry, please try us again some time". Really??? Never again and I am calling the credit card issuer to block my card because I never gave them authorization to keep my card info, ever...

This is the only Chinese restaurant in NE Fort Lauderdale that I will order take-out from; the primary reason is that to the best of knowledge, it has a pretty descent food inspection record, service is polite, and my take out order is usually ready within 10-15 minutes...just enough time to drive over & pick it up. Pros: The food is tastey; dinner combination specials offer a value meal that inlcudes the entree, fried rice (or steamed Jasmine rice) and choice of soup and an egg roll for around $10. The crab rangoon is a good appetizer; for the main course I recommend: the honey garlic chicken, general tso's chicken, and sesame chicken. The Lo Mein is good too, and no MSG is used- which means no headaches after dinner. Note: healthy/diet options are on the menu. Cons: A few years ago I tried shrimp with lobster sauce & it was terrible. Also I have a friend that is allergic to shellfish got sick because there was shrimp in the egg rolls. Conclusion: Avoid the seafood and your dining experience should be a pleasant one.

Really great food, especially the salt baked shrimp entree. The prices are higher than similar places on 441. But this is the beach, so expect pay a bit more. I order from them about once a week.

I've been obsessed trying to find a really good Chinese restaurant in the Fort Lauderdale area. I came across a flyer for Jasmine Garden in one of those "penny pincher" things that comes in the mail. The menu looked pretty good - at least it wasn't one of those Chinese/Thai/Sushi places so prevalent here. I was dubious since it is located near the beach on A1A, but decided to give it a go. The room is not very large, but there were people only at one table. We were seated and given menus. Looking at the menus, I noticed that the prices were higher than what was on the flyer, and there were no dinner specials as advertised. I asked and was told we had the menus. What to do? We got up and left. Classic bait-and-switch. Since I never actually ate any of the food, I have no idea whether it was good or not. But come on, $12.95 for Singapore noodles? 1 star - I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Food is Tasty, Atmosphere Tacky, Delivery time is reasonable for takeout. Never sends Chopstix, $2.00 delivery charge not acceptable and unreasonable concidering the food is good not great.

I live across the street from this place and have been eating here for over 5 years. The food is outstanding. As for the Dinner Specials only run until 7pm, but they do honor them for take out. It's an awesome deal as the food is superb. I love their Lemon Chicken, and my sons favor their Chicken Lo Mein, Sweet & Sour Chicken and Pepper Steak (my second favorite). This is a friendly place and they will accommodate any special requests.
